His sixteen years career, armed with an MBA from Kerala University started with Hindustan Coca Cola and later with Philips Electronics, Citi Bank N.A and ING Vysya Bank.He was recognized several times in different organizations as best employee pan India. It is his rich exposure in these organizations that gave him the thought to start an organization that could share his rich experience, business acumen and his networking skills. He is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) practitioner and Certified Quality Management Auditor.

 

 

We are not claiming that we are the best management gurus but we describe ourselves as focused dedicated individuals who are determined for excellence. We focus on performance of each and every individual’s performance of any organization.

 

We first started our venture in improving the performance of a normal business firm. We started putting processes and procedures in place and began to fine-tune the same. After the processes were set our challenge was ‘ people’.Unlike MNC’s normal business firms doesn’t have structured human resources department. We started focusing on the HR aspect also along with the procedures and processes. And thereafter we started offering complete HR solutions.

 

Once we started focusing on the HR aspect we realized that the background check of an individual is an essential part of any organization. So we started focusing on the Background checks.Journey still continues and we hope that we keep on adding our journey.
